The Pedersens have recently moved from MAF Headquarters
in Redlands to work with JAAR (Jungle Aviation And Radio
Service) in Charlotte, NC. Dave is heading up a new ministry
organization affiliated with MAF called DRASTIC, Disaster
Response And Strategic and Internet Telecommunications Infrastructure
Company.
DRASTIC will be involved with disaster response in focused
on setting up satellite communications systems for mission
organizations called upon to provide relief wherever natural
disasters occur. Dave has been working on similar projects
with MAF but now the scope of these operations will be much
broader hence the need for “drastic” measures DRASTIC.
